What is e-Nabız?
e-Nabız is a health record app that pulls together your medical history from clinics and hospitals across Turkey into one place. Instead of calling your doctor for test results or digging through paper files, you open the app and everything is there: lab reports, prescriptions, imaging scans, vaccinations, allergies, and diagnoses from every facility you've visited since the system went live.
The records show up automatically once a healthcare provider sends them to the national system. You don't enter anything yourself. The app just displays what doctors and labs have already filed, so you're looking at the same data your physician sees. You can also grant access to relatives or other doctors when you need to share your history, which keeps everything under your control without endless phone calls or faxed paperwork.
One catch: you have to activate the system through the E-Devlet portal at https://www.enabiz.gov.tr before the app works. It's a one-time step, but the app won't load your records until that's done.
Key Features:
- Medical records from every participating facility appear in one feed, so you're not hunting through separate hospital portals
- Lab results, prescriptions, imaging files, vaccination records, and allergy notes are all stored in the same place
- Grant access to family members or physicians without handing over login credentials or physical documents
- Requires E-Devlet activation at https://www.enabiz.gov.tr before the app displays any health data
- Integrates with Turkey's national healthcare infrastructure, pulling data directly from clinics and hospitals as they file it
How health data gets added
Your records populate as providers send information to the system. If a clinic runs a blood test or a hospital files a diagnosis, that entry flows into e-Nabız without you lifting a finger. The app doesn't generate or edit medical data; it mirrors what healthcare facilities have already logged. This means coverage depends entirely on whether the provider you visited participates in the national network and whether they've transmitted your records. Older visits or facilities outside the system won't appear.
Other health record apps
MyChart ties you to a single healthcare system's portal, so switching providers means starting over. Apple Health collects fitness and wellness data from your devices but doesn't pull clinical records from hospitals. e-Nabız plugs into Turkey's national infrastructure, aggregating medical files from multiple institutions into one account as long as those facilities feed data into the system. It's built for centralized access rather than self-tracking or single-network access.
This works for anyone in Turkey who needs their medical history in one spot, whether you're coordinating care across specialists or just want lab results without the runaround. Records only appear if your healthcare provider sends them to the system, so gaps are possible if a clinic hasn't transmitted your files yet or doesn't participate.
