Tabata Timer – an auxiliary tool for high-intensity interval training. Use the flexible fitness metronome for weight training, cardio training, CrossFit, push-ups, running, boxing and other types of physical activity.

Set the required pace and try to stick to it, moving in time with the beats coming from the speaker of your mobile device. In the main window of the application, configure the duration of the preparatory stage, the time allotted for work and rest between approaches, set the number of cycles, sets and breaks between them. The timer supports operation in the background, that is, the countdown does not stop after the smartphone screen is locked or minimized.
