Who is the official application of the social project of the same name, within which its participants get to know each other, communicate and make dates – they enjoy communication and life.

The scourge of modernity is loneliness caused by people’s self-sufficiency, from which, like a butterfly from a cocoon, a new humanity will either be born or die in proud loneliness. The authors of the Who project believe that the problem of loneliness can be solved. How? Give strangers the opportunity to get to know each other and, depending on whether they like each other or not, continue communication, but at a new level, or stop communication without explanations that no one needs.

So, are you bored? Download our app, fill out a short “about yourself” questionnaire, and join the conversations of people who are open to communication. The first communication session has a time limit – it lasts 30 seconds. Experts in interpersonal relations believe that 30 seconds is enough for the interlocutors to either interest each other in order to continue communication, or, having become disappointed in the interlocutor, stop communication. Our application gives participants the opportunity to stop communication painlessly for each other – for this we came up with a system of double consent. How does it work? After 30 seconds, in order to continue the conversation, the participants in the conversation must confirm their interest in further communication – they must both click on the match button (suitable).

Communication within the framework of our project does not oblige anyone to anything. The interlocutors remain anonymous to each other. This gives participants the opportunity to be themselves without fear of moral judgment or mental pressure. If you are not interested in the previous interlocutor, you can easily switch to the next one. And so on until you find your ideal interlocutor with whom you want to continue communication in a different format, for example, over a cup of coffee in the nearest cafeteria.

Note: The Who app has two versions: 1) a free version where users may experience some limitations, 2) a paid Pro version. In which the duration of the first communication session, users can set themselves. In the paid version, users can also select interlocutors by gender, which cannot be done in the free version.
