Egyptus: Labyrinth Run is a colorful 3D runner, the mechanics of which are borrowed by the developers of De Agostini Publishing Italia SpA studio from the more eminent genre analogue – Temple Run. As a pharaoh dressed in sparkling armor, the user will have to go on a journey through the ancient pyramids. True, this enterprise does not have goals and a logical ending, since the authors decided not to bother inventing a clear, full-fledged plot. It is only known that the story line is remotely similar to that of the adventure cartoon series called Egyptus – a boy named Leo as the main character

and many characters of the mythology of ancient Egypt as friends and enemies.

Become an invulnerable superhero by going through the corridors and labyrinths of the legendary civilization, and how successful and long this journey will be depends on your dexterity and speed of decision making. In addition to natural dexterity and ingenuity, Leo has at his disposal a curious mechanism that allows him to shoot laser beams to the right and left, as well as the ability to interact with some active elements in the game location. In the process of passing the tracks in Egyptus: Maze Run, the protagonist should pick up unique artifacts and ringing coins, on which Scarab beetles are drawn. And, of course, gains and bonuses, useful in many situations, at times increase the chances of our daredevil for a successful outcome for him.

Graphically, the project Egyptus: running through the maze is, of course, rather difficult to attribute to masterpieces, but the picture is juicy, there are not so many additional elements, but they are all drawn in detail and endowed with their own unique style – one gets the feeling that it’s real transported back to the time of the Egyptian civilization. Management in the game is implemented according to the classic scenario – swipes left and right allow the main character to move in the appropriate direction, avoiding contact with obstacles, countless insidious enemies and deadly mechanical traps. Each time after the death of the ward, the user will have to re-pass the entire distance, since, unfortunately, there are no save points in the game.
