Space Motion is a space-themed arcade game that can appeal exclusively to fans of unprecedented minimalism and hardcore complexity. A nondescript black background with randomly arranged white dots symbolizing distant stars, a miniature combat starship moving from side to side along the bottom of the display, ships of the enemy fleet advancing from above – in such conditions the user will have to protect their home planet from the treacherous invasion of an unknown aggressor.
The control system in the Space Motion project is implemented by tilting the mobile device from side to side – this is the only way to set in motion a small spacecraft and make it maneuver. But for shooting, the gamer will have to constantly tap on the display, since the independent developer Andre Santos for some reason did not want to automate this process, probably decided to check the nervous system of users and their behavior in a stressful situation – already at the first stage there is a desire to send a smartphone out of anger into the wall.
In the process of passing the stagesSpace Motion, the gamer’s account will be replenished with points that are necessary to improve the combat characteristics of the heroic spaceship – add maneuverability, speed, protection, change weapons, upgrade the team, and so on. By the way, enemies are not your only problem in space – asteroids of different sizes are constantly circulating in space, trying to collide with the ship and turn it into an uncontrollable steel “trough”, so do not spare shells to destroy this danger.
