Wormax.io is a bright and, undoubtedly, noteworthy representative of the “IO” subgenre, in terms of mechanics and gameplay in many ways similar to the pioneer of the genre called Agar.io. An almost endless playing space teeming with stubborn opponents aiming to win, a leaderboard that displays the results of all participants in real time, and the goal is to achieve unthinkably huge dimensions. The only difference is in the appearance of the main characters – the user in this new product will have to control a worm that crawls across the field and eats multi-colored luminous grains, allowing it to gain weight and length.
There is only one rule of survival in the casual arcade game Wormax.io – do not touch other worms with your head, as this will lead to an instant loss. At the same time, opponents should be provoked so that they make such mistakes, and this is possible only under the condition of large dimensions – the opponent will simply have nowhere to turn, since your worm will fill the whole space. By accumulating a special essence, there will be a chance to visit the local store, buying the “ghost” skill, increasing the starting length of the ward and the radius of collecting food, minimizing the negative effect of eating toxic mass, and so on.
In the Wormax.io settings, there are as many as four control options – indicating the course of movement with your finger, using the arrow, joystick or device accelerometer. We recommend starting with a single-player mode, where not so aggressive computer bots act as opponents, but in the future you can challenge other real users, since there are always a sufficient number of active players on the server, and the intensity of passions is simply unrealistically high.
