What is BADLAND 2?
Badland 2 is a platform game in the genre of physical puzzle, mysticism and survival.
Plot. Time is the near future. The game takes place on a yet undiscovered Planet. In space atlases, this Planet will be defined as an earth-type planet on which specific laws of physics – metaphysics – operate.
The inhabitants of this Planet – the only living beings – resemble earthly embryos of frogs. They live in an incredibly aggressive world. At every step, the frogs are in mortal danger – these are the gears of giant mechanisms, poisonous thickets, fire-breathing volcanoes, lakes filled with magma – physical, logical and optical traps. Welcome to Hell!
The player’s task is to lead the main character through the game world in search of hidden objects and secret paths – achievements. Locations are four elements: water, fire, earth and air. To go through all the locations, the player will have to search and find, jump, dive, fly and dig with his hero.
A feature of the Badland 2 platformer is an open world, accessible to the player in all directions. This means that the player can explore the game world in any direction, fulfilling the main condition of the game – to survive.
Characteristics:
- Game modes: 1) multiplayer and 2) single player.
- Game levels – there are more than 80 of them. The game is regularly updated with new levels more difficult than the previous ones.
- Management is implemented in two clicks: 1) choice of direction, 2) choice of the method of movement: run, jump, fly, dive.
- The soundtrack plunges the player’s mind into the infernal world of the game.
- The same game can be played on different devices – the game synchronizes the process (player progress) between different devices using Google Cloud cloud storage.
Badland 2 is a slide scroller with innovative gameplay and dynamic control mechanics, based on the player’s subconscious fear of the inevitable and the unknown – this is the future.
