Imagine that one day you wake up in the medical compartment of an unknown spaceship, and you will not remember at all who you are and how you ended up on board this interplanetary hospital. When you come to your senses, you begin to explore the spacecraft and discover that on its you are not alone on board – along with you there were people who, like you, do not remember anything and do not understand what is happening to them. Or maybe all of you ended up in the waiting room of hell – is it purgatory?

Hyper Rift is a visualized interactive book with many options for the development of a science fiction story, the original plot of which combines both real and fictional facts. The difference between these two circumstances of the game gives the player the opportunity to constantly make choices that each time entail far-reaching and unpredictable consequences.

The process of the game presents the player with tasks – quests and puzzles – that have several correct and not so solutions. The personal character traits of the character played by the player allow the latter to implement his own decisions – he can both solve problems and sabotage their decisions, he can lead both a team game and a lone wolf.

The game Hyper Rift has 14 storylines. How your game ends is entirely up to you.

Note: Text quests are a new genre of interactive games – a mixture of fiction, role-playing game, puzzle and comics. The game is accompanied by detailed maps of the game world and visual and sound effects – this is all you need to know in order to once start reading an interactive book, at the end of the game write your own story.
