Physics Drop

Physics Drop – an ascetic designed puzzle game, the mechanics of which are tied exclusively to the laws of physics. The goal of the user at each level is to deliver a small red ball into a container resembling a horseshoe (or a magnet, each has its own associations). However, only the first stages will allow you to do this with the least logical effort, since then obstacles, blocks, walls, platforms, geometric shapes will appear on the location, in short, everything that greatly complicates the gameplay and makes you think thoroughly about the right solution.

The player in Physics Drop will manipulate with a blue marker, it is he who needs to draw all kinds of structures that will deliver the red ball to the desired goal. Lines are drawn with a finger on the screen of a mobile device, and the most interesting thing is that they fully reproduce the realistic physical behavior of the object, so by drawing a line at an acute angle, we will only achieve that the sphere will simply instantly fall to the floor after the start of the level. It would be foolish to be especially zealous with the number of auxiliary elements, since they will simply interfere with each other, and it is quite easy to get confused in them.

As we have already said, the design of the novelty from the IDC Games studio is pure minimalism: figures familiar from the school geometry course, as well as a background that clearly imitates a regular checkered notebook sheet. The authors did not forget about background music either, although by and large it is not needed here, it only distracts from the tedious intellectual process. So, for all its outward simplicity Android puzzle Physics Drop can be safely called one of the best in its genre niche, the only drawback that we are sure the developers will fix in product updates is a small number of stages – there are currently only eighteen.
