Preamble in the new Boxing Star from the studio FourThirtyThree Inc. is implemented according to the standard principle – memorizing key controls, a quick acquaintance with a nice interface, studying the effects of all kinds of strikes (jab, cross, hook, uppercut, swing, etc.) and other details that will become the basis of future victories in the ring and other interesting locations. It will take a long time to travel across the global map – local competitions, obtaining new titles, championship belts and a series of additional missions. The main goal of the gamer is to control his ward, chosen at the start, to win fights, earn play money, upgrade skills and unlock new equipment.

The sports project Boxing Star looks truly holistic and diverse for events, made in high-quality graphics and realistic physics, which accurately conveys the behavior of a boxer after a meeting with an opponent’s fist. The detailed drawing of the characters, the whipping of movements and the impeccably executed system of counting blows, which is indispensable if the meeting is not finished with a knockout, are also surprising. The donation system is a little depressing, begging the gamer for regular micro transactions, without which, given the shift in the balance of power is clearly not in the direction of the player, it is more and more difficult to win each time, and therefore progress.
