What is Speekoo?
Speekoo is an application for learning foreign languages that captivates with an unusual approach to the learning process. Instead of boring and repetitive lessons, the developers offer to take a trip to the world’s capitals – each lesson is a separate episode of an exciting virtual odyssey. To date, six languages are available for development with a virtual tutor – French, Italian, Spanish, German, Japanese and Chinese.
The application is suitable for self-study of the language, and also acts as an additional methodological tool that schoolchildren and university students can use. The user is invited to determine the current level of training on their own, in total there are three of them – beginner, intermediate and advanced. Unfortunately, verification testing is not provided here, as in other similar products, so some users may have problems understanding the current level of preparation.
Features:

- a course of twenty levels of twelve lessons;
- voicing of words and phrases by native speakers;
- grammar, spelling and listening.
Lessons are given in the classical form – the user memorizes words, trains pronunciation, learns to build competent lexical constructions. Of the nice and useful additions implemented in the Speekoo program, it is worth noting the presence of a vocabulary (a set of terms with translation and explanations) and a special channel TikTok , whose videos help improve listening comprehension of foreign speech.
