What is Status?
The Android platform is rather reluctantly and slowly changing its appearance, offering users not so many options for transformation. Fortunately, the openness of the Green Robot allows developers to create interesting solutions that can transform many elements in the device interface, for example, using original launchers, themes and wallpapers. But what about such a significant “object” as the status bar, which is almost always in sight? It is for this purpose that small, but very popular utilities are created.
Status – an application with which you can add functionality and attractiveness to the status bar preinstalled in the system. The utility does not require the rights of a “superuser” to work, since in reality the new status bar is simply superimposed on the system one. After the first launch of the program, the user will have to work with the settings, which are quite a lot in the new product. Well, of course, the application necessarily requests almost all possible permissions, and if they are not provided, a full-fledged change in the status bar will not occur.
All settings present in the Status utility are divided into several categories. For example, in the “Color” tab, the corresponding parameter of the status bar is changed. Responsibly, it is worth approaching the choice of icons, as well as setting their tint and animation effects. Icons, if desired, can be swapped, use different options, experiment with the font and other parameters – there are many options, the main thing is not to get confused in them. Please note that the developer does not guarantee that the application will work on all device models without exception.
