Diggy’s AdVenture is a puzzle in the genre of a quest and search for objects with sandbox elements. The game is educational, designed for children over 3 years old.
The plot of the game.
Four friends – Diggy, Linda, Rusty and Professor – travel around the game world in search of adventure. Friends are looking for answers to the mysteries of the past. To find themselves in the past, friends dig into the ground – into dungeons and abandoned mines. Friends are looking for artifacts in the sands of Egypt, in the snows of Scandinavia, in the mountains of China and in ancient Atlantis.
The main character of the game – Diggie – he is a philosopher, a tent lover to solve mysteries. In addition to solving riddles and looking for treasures, four friends use the sandbox to create components for various mechanisms. These are the mechanisms travelers need to dig, build or destroy.
The essence of the game is that players go through locations where they perform a game task: dig up an artifact, assemble a mechanism, or destroy a tomb.
The resource that denotes the player’s successes and failures is energy. The player needs energy to go through locations and complete tasks. After successfully passing the level of the game, the game gods restore the player’s energy. The faster the player completes tasks, the faster the gods restore his energy.
The game combines several genres: “three in a row”, quest, puzzle, search for objects, “sandbox” – this is all that a little future traveler needs in order to develop his cognitive self-learning skills.
A feature of the game is the sandbox function, in which the player can invent items. Each invention brings the player a reward in the form of free access to paid items and features of the game.
