What is Beneath The Lighthouse?
Beneath The Lighthouse – the main character of this arcade game has an unusual appearance, most of his body is occupied by his head. For this reason, the boy does not know how to walk, but masterfully rolls over surfaces, carried away by the force of gravity – this feature will be used by the gamer to complete levels with intricate mazes.
By profession and vocation, the character is a sailor who spent his whole life traveling across the boundless ocean. In the next campaign, the hero’s ship landed on a small island, over which a lone lighthouse rises. Having climbed up the structure, the spherical sailor fell into the hatch and now he has only one opportunity to get out – to slide down the ingenious labyrinth to the first floor.
The level is presented in the form of a mysterious mechanical wheel with a set of obstacles through which the gamer will have to lead the hero, carefully rotating the structure from side to side. Walls studded with sharp spikes, moving and static platforms, swinging pendulum-knives, narrow winding corridors – a set of obstacles does not promise an easy walk, and in addition to dexterity and reaction, logic and ingenuity will be required.
