Golden Ax is an arcade game ported to the Android mobile platform, implemented in the slasher genre (this means that you have to destroy most of your opponents in hand-to-hand combat), and created based on the eponymous Sega- games.

Plot. Scenarios of the game develops in the fictional Makoto Uchida – get to know, this is the developer of the game – the country of Yuri, in a medieval world, somewhat reminiscent of the world of Conan the Barbarian.

The negative hero – Death Adder, also known as the Deathbringer, has stolen the magical symbol of Yuri’s country, the Golden Axe, and threatens to destroy it if the inhabitants of Yuri’s country do not submit to the absolute evil of the Deathbringer.

Positive heroes – there are three of them: 1) fighter Aks, 2) Dwarf Gilius Thunderhead, and 3) Amazon Tyris Flame. Each of the three characters has magical abilities and combat skills. The difference between the characters is that, for example, the dwarf Dzhilius has a larger radius of destruction of enemies with the help of combat skills, and a smaller radius of destruction with the help of magical abilities, while the Amazon Tyris has the opposite: a greater area of ​​destruction with magical abilities, and less combat skills.

Another difference between the characters: in order to activate their abilities, the characters must have a resource – a certain number of jugs: Ax must have 6 jugs, Gilius 4, and Tyris 9. Jars – you can either find them while traveling around the world of Yuri, or take away from the gnomes and thieves, who, in turn, are trying to steal jugs from the goodies of the game.

1. Stories – in this mode you explore the game world and accumulate magical resources in the form of jugs;
2. Duel is a mode in which you switch between three characters and fight hordes of Deathbringer’s minions.
