Team Viewer Pilot – this application is designed to provide you with emergency assistance at a distance in cases where you cannot solve a problem on your own. For example, on a deserted highway, your car engine has stalled. What to do? Ask for help from the specialized specialists of our project – they will help you diagnose and fix any breakdown in real time, whether it is a malfunction of equipment, equipment, mechanisms or infrastructure (car, coffee maker, computer or children’s toy).

How does it work?

1. From the application, you 1) activate your phone’s camera, and 2) either demonstrate online, or record the breakdown that you want to fix in the recording.
2. Remote expert of our project 3) will watch your video clip or connect to your streaming channel and, having read your problem, 4) step by step will instruct you how to solve it.
3. To visualize both the breakdown itself and its solution in the application, you can use 3D markers (virtual reality elements) – with their help, in three dimensions, you can localize or point to problem areas, or details broken mechanism.
