What is Дія?
“Дія” is an application with which citizens and residents of Ukraine can digitize such physical documents (paper or plastic media) as a driver’s license, vehicle registration certificate (technical passport) and student ID card.
Registration
User identification is carried out through the system of the National Bank of Ukraine (with the technical support of PrivatBank) or using BankID technology. After downloading and installing the application on your smartphone or tablet, you will only have to choose the registration method, after which the electronic version of your driving license, registration certificate and student ID will be available to you in the application.
How to use it?
A driver’s license not only gives you the right to drive a car, It is also a document that proves your identity. In this capacity, you can use digital rights, for example, to register at a hotel or apply for a loan. In each case of identifying your identity, the application generates a one-time QR code, according to which a policeman, hotel or bank employee scans your QR code in real time and using a camera on their own smart device, which also has the Diya application installed, and thus checking the validity of your documents. The procedure lasts 3 minutes.
Access to digital documents using the software “Diya” can be obtained both online and offline. All the most extensive networks of mobile speakers in Ukraine do not charge subscribers of this application.
