What is WiFi Map?
WiFi Map is an application with which you can connect to Wi-Fi hotspots for free – the Internet – anywhere in the world that civilization has reached in the form of the Internet!
How does it work?
- The application scans the airwaves for available Wi-Fi networks;
- The application automatically issues a list of the nearest Wi-Fi access points, and for each Wi-Fi point – an access password;
- From the proposed list of Wi-Fi networks, the user selects one, connects to it, and that’s all – you are on the Internet.
All users of the WiFi Map application form a global community, with the help of the application they independently register WiFi networks and publish access passwords to them. Each user of the WiFi Map application can do this. Members of this project can also leave feedback and comments on the WiFi hotspots they use. Thus, in the WiFi Map application, you will find access passwords to more than 100 million WiFi networks.
